I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade, and have a wide range of clinical experience, including hospital, community health, and private practice settings.
I’m most effective working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, mood, grief, relationship issues, high stress, life transitions, and existential concerns.
My style is compassionate, affirming, and direct. I’ll meet you where you are with positive regard, non-judgement, and genuine curiosity, and tailor your care to your unique needs.
frequently asked questions
-
Our first session is when we start to get know each other. I will ask you questions about what’s going on and share my initial clinical impressions, then we will discuss your goals and collaborate on a plan of care.

I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem/Carelon, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Your co-pay is determined by your insurance provider.
Before we begin treatment we will verify your insurance to ensure your copay is feasible for you.
I also have a self-pay option, $120/session (60 minutes).

Telehealth (or online) counseling can be just as effective as in-person, depending on the person and their specific concerns. I’ve been providing mental health services via online platforms since 2016, and have found this mode of individual therapy excellent for numerous clients.
Sessions are conducted over a secure online platform, much like FaceTime, but HIPAA-compliant. I conduct all of my sessions from my private home office, with no distractions in the background.
